GOLD Standard: A coach has achieved the Gold standard through either a professional career teaching speech & debate, or by attending NCFCA or STOA Nationals and finishing in the top 8.  Additionally, coaches that provide excellent instruction resulting in a student they have coached receiving national honors may be promoted to this standard.

SILVER Standard: A coach has achieved the Silver standard if he or she has attended NCFCA or STOA Nationals and finished in the top 16.  Additionally, a consistent result in coaching students that go on to achieve honors (1-8) at Regionals will promote a coach to this level.

BRONZE Standard:  Coaches begin at this level with the Eloquence team.  While not everyone achieves honors at Nationals, some are truly gifted as teachers and coaches.  Working with a Bronze coach will benefit you in so many ways, as you reap the rewards of his or her experience and knowledge gained from competition and life.
